THE CÔTE D'AZUR

The Mediterranean climate of the French Riviera, its atmospheric cities and breathtaking coastline have been a magnet for wealthy travellers and international property buyers for more than two centuries.

This special area is not only blessed with a breathtaking backdrop, but also an extremely stable real estate situation. Foreign buyers, in particular, can invest their money in lucrative properties. The recipe for success: Great demand paired with limited land.

The Côte d'Azur extends from Saint-Tropez in the West to the Italian-French border and the town of Menton, which is particularly popular for retirees and well known for its favorable micro-climate.

The South of France is one of my favorite places in the world.

In the upper price segment, properties in Monaco are among the most expensive in the world. However, other areas are becoming increasingly popular, including cities like Cannes, Nice and Cap d'Antibes, which offer great rental potential in every season. Other fashionable places are the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat peninsula between Nice and Monaco, an area of exceptional beauty, as well as areas such as Beaulieu sur Mer, Eze, Cap d'Ail and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin.
Most people travel to the Côte d'Azur via Nice's international airport, which is one of the busiest in France after Paris. Recently, a new metro was built, which makes it even easier for travellers to get to the city and the surrounding towns. In a European comparison, this destination combines many advantages for real estate investors, whether as a second home and winter residence or as a pure investment. We are there for you and will be happy to advise you.

WELCOME TO TUSCANY

We love Italy and have sealed this love with our own holiday home in Tuscany. La Bella Italia was and still is the epitome of fashion, design and picturesque landscapes. Hardly anywhere else you can experience such charming, romantic villages, so much tradition and culture, great food, and heart-felt emotions.

What do you prefer? A house by the sea – or rather an unobstructed property in the hills, far away from the hustle and bustle, but still perfectly connected. Maybe a small old town apartment in Florence? There’s a wide selection, you just have to choose.

You may have the universe if I may have Italy.

Tuscany is divided into 10 provinces, each of which has numerous natural beauties and sights to offer: Florence, Livorno, Grosseto, Pisa, Lucca, Massa-Carrara, Pistoia, Siena, Arezzo and Prato. The capital of Tuscany is the city of Florence, which is known for its numerous cultural treasures and historical buildings. Italy was hit much harder by the financial crisis than many other European countries, and some consequences are still to be seen today: Corrected for inflation, some of the prices are still a quarter below the market price in 2007. For many Italy enthusiasts, this means excellent opportunities to buy their dream property at very fair prices.
The value of the brand “Tuscany” still remains, and international investors have recognized this. In some cases, large estates, even entire villages, were bought up to gradually convert them into exclusive holiday resorts with wellness facilities and golf courses. Regardless of whether it is a lifestyle property or an individual country house, Tuscany offers a lot and if you know where to look, you will find extremely attractive offers with very exciting rental potential. Because one thing is certain: Tuscany is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Europe.

MOIN MOIN HAMBURG

"Hamburg is the most beautiful city in the world!" That is the quite confident image we Hamburgers have of our own city. But one thing is clear: This city in the North of Germany on the river Elbe has its own flair. Everyone who has the chance to stay or even live in this great city will agree that it immediately and always will feel like home – even if you move on. And of course, the real estate market is also booming. Hamburg has many different residential areas with different atmospheres and price ranges.

I’ve been in Hamburg for about ten years and I just feel at home!

If you live in Hamburg, you always live close to the water, often relaxed, but still urban. It’s chic, noble and relatively expensive in Harvestehude, Rotherbaum and Eppendorf. On the other side of the Alster there’s the more down-to-earth quarter Uhlenhorst with fantastic views of lake Alster. The trendy St. Georg district is right next door with its charming bars and cafés. Hamburg's most colorful neighborhoods are certainly St. Pauli and Sternschanze. The multicultural district Altona is particularly popular with young families, couples and singles, offering an international and intercultural flair.
The green heart of the city, including the large city park, is a little further north in Winterhude. The two districts of Hoheluft and Eimsbüttel are affordable in terms of price, but still characterized by great old buildings. The most modern place to live in Hamburg is certainly the HafenCity, surrounded by the Speicherstadt and the Elbphilharmonie, the new landmark of the city. In addition to the current top addresses, there are some quarters with a lot of potential and the possibility to buy now at attractive prices. For us, this certainly includes Eilbek, Barmbek and parts of Wandsbek. If you want more details and specific offers, please get in touch!
